Pollution by Jerry Lou

Grey smoke hangs over us all,
Like a dark blanket of neglect,
It invades are water and are streets,
It threatens all of earth's life,
Not afraid not afraid to destroy earth,
It won’t stop piling to the top,
Unless we don’t let the plastic drop,
We’re swimming in garbage chest deep,
We can’t just cope when there's still hope,
Think before you drink,
Think before you eat,
Think before you toss,
Then you might undo what you lost
