Exercise is important, it can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several different diseases. Exercise may help block negative thoughts and memories it also helps with depression. Starting when your a kid helps develop a healthy behavior of exercising. Walking or biking instead of driving is helpful it gives you exercise and is good for the earth. There are also activities that you might not think are exercise but actually are such as walking your dog, doing yoga, jumping rope and doing hopscotch.
Some ways you can exercise is walking, jogging or running, lifting weights or doing yoga. I think
